Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care

  3. Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  4. Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Requirements
  1. Registered nurse with an active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience
  2. Relevant clinical experience
  3. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  4. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  5. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
