About the Role

At Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH, we're seeking a highly skilled Art Director to lead the creation and execution of global experience projects for our blue-chip clients. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative brand experiences that connect with audiences and transform them into fans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design: Develop compelling brand narratives that connect authentically with target audiences, creating cohesive and immersive experiences that draw people closer to brands.
  • Strategic: Work closely with the Strategy Director to develop an elevated understanding of business, brand, and audience objectives, and support the Creative Director in developing New Business project proposals.
  • Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing, planning, and multi-tasking to deliver high-quality results under critical deadlines.
Requirements
  • Expertise: Possess a strong eye for visual storytelling, with expertise in visual art direction, copywriting, experience design, scriptwriting, and design skills.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including strategy, digital, and built 3D environment design, to deliver cohesive and engaging experiences.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate creative personnel, maintaining professional relationships with key employees from other departments.
