Cybersecurity Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

Cybersecurity RoleThe Mergers & Acquisitions Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for managing all cybersecurity activities surrounding Experian's mergers and acquisitions programs. This includes acquisitions, divestitures, and venture investments.
- Analyze potential target companies for maturity in their security programs and develop a holistic risk score for possible acquisitions.
- Maintain the M&A security due diligence program by incorporating past lessons learned and latest threats.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure our cybersecurity goals are achieved and risks from M&A are managed and tracked.
The ideal candidate will have experience in information security & compliance, working as a Cyber/Information Security Consultant, and proficiency in multiple cybersecurity technical domains.
Requirements- Experience in system development lifecycle including relationship with technology deployment.
- Financial skills and budgetary planning experience.
