About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Specialist to join our Experian Global Security Office (EGSO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cybersecurity activities surrounding our mergers and acquisitions programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracting firms to deliver onboarding requirements, ensuring seamless integration of new businesses.
  • Analyze potential target companies to identify security maturity levels and develop holistic risk scores for acquisition decisions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date M&A security due diligence program, incorporating past lessons learned and emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure cybersecurity goals are achieved and risks from M&A are managed and tracked.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on cybersecurity activities and findings from due diligence.
  • Stay abreast of security trends and threats to inform strategic decisions.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Information Security & Compliance professional with a strong background in cybersecurity consulting and technical expertise across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in system development lifecycle and relationship with technology deployment.
  • Experience working across enterprise programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to drive quick decisions on complex topics with large partner groups.
  • Financial skills and budgetary planning experience.

  • A great salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
