About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our Experian Global Security Office (EGSO) team. As an experienced cybersecurity professional, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity activities surrounding our mergers and acquisitions programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze potential target companies for maturity in their security programs and develop a holistic risk score for possible acquisitions.
  • Maintain the M&A security due diligence program, incorporating past lessons learned and latest threats.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure cybersecurity goals are achieved and risks from M&A are managed and tracked.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in information security & compliance.
  • Proficiency in multiple cybersecurity technical domains, including Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Software Security, IAM, Encryption.
  • Experience with system development lifecycle and relationship with technology deployment.
  • Financial skills and budgetary planning experience.
