Job OpportunityCybersecurity M&A Specialist Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our dynamic team as a Mergers & Acquisitions Cybersecurity Specialist. This role involves managing cybersecurity activities surrounding our mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with multiple partners to ensure our cybersecurity goals are achieved.

You will report to the M&A Security Lead and be based in London Victoria, with occasional office visits required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all cybersecurity activities related to Experian's mergers and acquisitions programs, including acquisitions, divestitures, and venture investments.
  • Analyze potential target companies for maturity in their security programs and develop a holistic risk score for possible acquisitions.
  • Maintain the M&A security due diligence program by incorporating past lessons learned and latest threats.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure our cybersecurity goals are achieved and risks from M&A are managed and tracked.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in information security & compliance.
  • Proficiency and prior work experience in multiple cybersecurity technical domains (i.e., Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Software Security, IAM, Encryption).
  • Experience with the system development lifecycle, including relationships with technology deployment.
  • Financial skills and budgetary planning experience.
