Mergers and Acquisitions Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our UK Cyber Risk Consulting team, you will work closely with our EMEA Cyber Risk Directors to support the Aon Cyber Risk consulting business in the M&A market.

The successful candidate will have experience in consulting in fast-paced environments, familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls, and broad Cyber knowledge across multiple domains with a specialism in one or more areas. They will be responsible for delivering and supporting a range of Cybersecurity services, including Cybersecurity Due Diligence, Cybersecurity Risk Assessments and Quantification, Cybersecurity Optimisation and Strategy, Cybersecurity Portfolio Management, and Cybersecurity Capability and ISMS Maturity.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with some of Aon's most prestigious M&A clients on a variety of deal situations, including directly with our client's deal teams and security stakeholders.
