About the Role

Fusion Education People Solutions is seeking a skilled Conflict Resolution Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our HR software and service provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present training plans, materials, and sessions to ensure customers have the necessary skills to use our software effectively.
  • Provide important software updates to our customers, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support.
  • Organize and promote training courses to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in presenting in front of audiences and delivering training both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a real commitment to personal development.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of training techniques that engage users, with a focus on creating a positive learning experience.
  • GCSE in English and Maths Grade C or above or equivalent, with a degree or equivalent qualification desirable.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary starting at £26,000, rising by £1000 every year to £29,000.
