About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Administration Officer to join our team in London.

Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic banking environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and delivery of credit business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Administration: Ensure that all facilities are established within a standardised control framework, including syndicated, bilateral and sub-participated loans, to enable accurate loan administration outcomes and post-lending management.
  • Agency/Bilateral/Sub-Participation Deals: Responsible for related administrative work, including drawdown/rate fixing/fee notices, email circulation, obtaining certain approvals as per internal procedure, and dealing with any queries from internal or external parties.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Front Office for any requirements from client or agent bank on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring: Monitor incoming emails, file archiving, circulation and diary on a daily basis to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan administrative work.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the loan database (daily portfolio report) based on the agent notice and back-office report to ensure internal system booking and daily portfolio report accuracy and consistency.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions in the credit system, such as drawdown, rollover, and interest fixing, E-permit etc.
Requirements
  • Experience: Have experience working in similar capacity banks over 5 years.
  • Skillset: Ability to work under minimal supervision, deliver under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality, English fluent, and Mandarin preferred but not mandatory.
