Job Summary

Market Talent is seeking a skilled Credit Administration Specialist to support our Lending team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out credit administration functions from pre-disbursement support through to post-completion follow up, ensuring compliance with procedures and external rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review documentation, including term sheets, facility letters, and addendums, in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of lending products.
  • Contribute to maintaining MI, files, and records for reporting and audit trail purposes.
  • Assist in the maintenance of databases used by the team and update data associated with limits and collateral.
  • Deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) in respect of Limit Management & Control processes, Collateral Management & Control process, and Documentation process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of credit administration processes and procedures, as well as experience working with lending products.
