Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Summary: Aston Education Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our school site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Future Planning: Collaborate with the school leadership to develop a strategic plan for facilities maintenance and upgrades.
  • Utilities Provision: Manage the procurement and maintenance of utilities, including water, electricity, and gas.
  • Site Security: Implement measures to ensure the security of the school site, including access control and surveillance.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all facilities-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the school leadership on facilities-related matters.
  • Event Setup: Coordinate the setup and maintenance of facilities for events and activities.
  • Cleaning: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facilities to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
