About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice to meet their needs
  • Meet daily sales targets, achieving KPIs and contributing to the success of the team
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a friendly and positive store environment
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Good availability, including weekends and weekdays
