Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the oversight of service providers by resolving issues and improving service quality.
  • Assisting or leading projects on behalf of the team.
  • Attending and participating in monthly service calls with providers, reviewing key performance indicators and raising discrepancies.
  • Reviewing sub-investment manager fees to ensure compliance with relevant agreements.
  • Working collaboratively as a team-player to deliver high-quality work.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data using Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Developing knowledge of different asset types and fund structures.
  • Leading on fund-related projects and contributing to the delivery of exceptional results.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in collective investment vehicle (funds) net asset value (NAV) production/oversight.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of different asset types and fund structures.
  • Ability to learn and develop in-depth knowledge of fund accounting.


Benefits:The salary for this role is estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
