As an Investment Funds Talent Acquirer, you will be part of our delivery team, responsible for sourcing and managing candidates through the recruitment process. You will also contribute to lead generation for the 360 team, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing talent via headhunting and CRM usage
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory processes and right-to-work procedures
  • Market research and analysis to stay ahead in the industry
  • Providing market presentations to management on a quarterly basis

Promotion Criteria:

  • Achieve one successful deal per month for three consecutive months
  • Demonstrate autonomy and confidence in performing tasks independently
  • Show readiness to take on additional responsibilities and support senior consultants
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients, generating leads and driving business growth

With an estimated salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
