Safety Management Specialist Needed
ASafe Global is seeking a seasoned Safety Management Specialist to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Safety Management Specialist with hands-on experience in EHS regulations, audit management, and incident investigation. A strong construction background and a minimum of 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in the data centre or construction industries, is essential. You will also need a Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field. Additionally, you must have an in-depth understanding of local, state, and federal HSE regulations and a proven track record of developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
This role involves conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards. You will also provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture. Furthermore, you will monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management. Participation in EHS committees and engagement with regulatory agencies are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and people management abilities. A certified safety professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent certification is also necessary. A valid visa/work permit for the specific job location is essential for this role.
