Job Title: Compliance Risk Oversight Specialist

We are now looking for a Compliance Risk Oversight Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide second line of defence (2LoD) conduct and compliance oversight over 1LoD, including Outcomes Testing, Internal & External Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Customer Documentation.

  1. Conduct oversight testing as part of a high performing Conduct & Compliance Oversight team.
  2. Support the creation and tracking of actions in the Bank's risk system to provide appropriate reporting to Senior Management and the relevant committees.
  3. Build strong relationships with 1LoD to deliver a collaborative working environment between Compliance and the business.

About You:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge and experience of identifying key Conduct and Compliance risks.
- Sound judgement and decision making skills.
