**About the Role**

Career Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm in London to find an exceptional Senior HR Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic HR operations initiatives.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Associate Director for HR Operations and be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR systems, Workday, and ServiceNow. Key duties will include:

  • Collaborating with HR teams to prioritize requirements, drive project delivery, and ensure seamless integration with other departments.
  • Driving ServiceNow adoption across HR and the firm, making it the central hub for all HR services and activities.
  • Reporting progress to senior leadership, providing regular updates, and communicating key risks.
  • Assisting with integrating ServiceNow with Workday to streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve data accuracy.
  • Managing the HR Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base, ensuring they are up-to-date and providing training to promote ServiceNow adoption.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR systems, including ServiceNow and Workday, as well as strong problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

  • Developing and implementing HR operations strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
  • Providing thought leadership on HR systems and processes to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations.

**Requirements**
