London, United Kingdom Strategic Dimensions Full time

Our client is an award-winning global entertainment company, headquartered in London.

As the business has grown, becoming more global and more complex, our client is now looking for a Head of HR Operations to join the team.

This role will help redesign and redefine how the business uses data and analytics as well as making operations processes from induction and on-boarding to payroll and reporting more effective.

There is significant opportunity to do things better in this space and provide the business with improved insight and analytics, enabling them to get onto the front foot, becoming less reactive and more strategic.

This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CPO, that will provide an opportunity to really make a mark and excite the business whilst supporting a Leadership Team that are very data driven. This role will initially manage the new HRIS implementation and will have overall responsibility of utilising this to draw out high impact data and insights. The role will also be responsible for managing the payroll process via an external provider and will also have ownership of the company’s benefits offering whilst significantly contributing to the overall reward proposition.

Conducting an audit of current HR processes, identifying issues and creating a roadmap e.g. acting as a key voice in defining and reviewing onboarding processes such as document flows pre-boarding, IT workflows through HRIS, letters, first day induction.
Creating a cadence of stats, data and insights for senior leaders e.g. exit data.
Managing global payrolls and benefits.
Policies, handbooks and compliance e.g. mandatory training.

The ideal candidate will have the gravitas to face off to the leadership team, a systems orientated mindset and experience of working within a UK business.

HRIS implementation experience will be critical as part of the wider HR operations context and so someone who has held a Head of HR Operations or Shared Service role would likely be a good fit.

Competitive base salary on offer plus discretionary bonus, private medical and other benefits.
