Nursing Home Care Professional Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our beautiful care home in Holt. As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.
  • Administer medications and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.
  • Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.
