Nursing Home Manager Position in Norfolk

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to lead our team at a fantastic dementia nursing home in Holt, Norfolk. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-established nursing home as part of one of the region's leading care providers.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Home Manager, with a track record of recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care. They will also have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and be able to maintain excellent standards of care and support. Additionally, they will be adept at managing budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and effectively mitigating risks within the care environment.

Job Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- An RGN qualification or RMN qualification.
- Current registration with the NMC and CQC.
- Previous Home Manager experience leading an excellent home.
