About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care, prioritizing patients' needs and preferences
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current NMC registration, level 1
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to maintain and improve standards of care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible/positive approach to work
- Enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
