We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Provider to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Care and Nursing Specialist, you will work closely with our residents and their families to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current UK licensure.
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
