About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work as part of our care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. As a Nurse, you will ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines.
- Engage in continuous professional development, participating in both internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.
- Represent the care home in a positive and professional manner in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.
- Administer medications and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.
- Maintain and update residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.
To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience as a Registered Nurse and excellent communication skills. You should also possess excellent knowledge of the job role and be able to demonstrate your skills and attributes effectively.
