  • Maintaining plant and equipment efficiently and on time
  • Applying technical fault-finding skills within your discipline
  • Gathering plant data and analysing results using various techniques
  • Implementing modifications as directed by the Task Manager
  • Inspecting and endorsing your work to ensure quality standards
  • Mentoring less experienced team members and apprentices
  • Ensuring understanding and application of environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards
  • Supporting other team members as required
