About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and a competitive salary of £44,236 - £55,276 per annum.

This exciting opportunity is based in Ipswich West Community Team, where you will work closely with nursing and social care colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care within patients' homes.

As a Physiotherapist Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive supervision and training to junior staff, ensuring seamless care transitions between hospital and community settings, and triaging referrals to the community team.
