Job Title: Product Director - Credit Risk

At Promote Project, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Director to lead our Credit Risk team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product vision and roadmap.
  • Transform product ideas into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects, considering financial implications, marketing needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, providing expertise and guidance on product-related projects and systems.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate key metrics related to product performance and provide summaries to executive leadership.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a software environment.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in leading a product team in a tech company and liaising with executive leadership.
  • Proven experience applying user research and data analysis to drive product strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver products using agile/scrum methodologies.
  • A talent for engaging with engineering teams and speaking their language.
  • A passion for user experience and solid instincts around UI and design.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working on complex projects with front-end and back-end components is an advantage.
  • Experience working in an international business with virtual global teams and knowledge of product localization is a plus.
