Clinical Supervision Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervision Specialist to join our team at The Myton Hospices. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical direction and leadership to our Counsellors, Intake Practitioner, bank counsellors, student counsellors, and Volunteers.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical direction and leadership to the Counselling service, ensuring high standards of practice and adherence to professional guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the service offering, aligning with the organisation's strategy and priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with the wider healthcare community, promoting collaborative working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead local audit and disseminate outcomes, ensuring that any improvements are undertaken.
- Monitor the competence and confidence of team members around all aspects of practice, identifying learning needs.
- Support and supervise the development of knowledge, skills, and confidence where required in conjunction with the Clinical Education Lead.
Person Specification:
- A professional diploma in Counselling.
- BACP accreditation or equivalent.
- Qualification in Clinical Supervision.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
