We are recruiting an Occupational Therapist Specialist for our specialist school in Rugby on a permanent basis. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical support across specialist schools and children homes for young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
  • Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
  • Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
