  • Competitive Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £28,500 - £38,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fire stopping installations and remedial works on commercial properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Document all work steps accurately and take evidence as required.
  • Develop problem-solving skills to overcome unforeseen issues effectively.
  • Liaise with customers and members of the general public to provide excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Basic construction trade skills.
  • Strong knowledge of site-based health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to learn and progress in a growing industry.
