Security Guard

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a professional Security Officer to join their team at a busy Distribution site in Rugby. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall security and safety of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the site.
• Monitor CCTV systems to prevent and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct internal and external patrols to maintain site security.
• Report incidents and accidents to the customer, following established procedures.
• Perform gatehouse duties, verifying driver identities and inspecting vehicles.
• Screen and search individuals as required.

Requirements:

• A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence is essential.
• A 5-year checkable work/education history is required.
• Proficient computer skills, with a good understanding of computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create comprehensive incident reports.
• A happy to help others attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
