Job Overview

We are recruiting for a skilled Technical Maintenance Professional to join our client, a global leader in IT distribution, logistics, and supply chain solutions.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer with a strong balance of electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise (50/50 preferred) and MCP certification or equivalent. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of diverse client equipment.


Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components, ensuring equipment runs smoothly through scheduled preventive maintenance.
  2. Implement effective service practices, providing detailed reports on all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  3. Ensure compliance with company and client safety and quality standards, supporting equipment installations, configurations, and calibrations as needed.
  4. Deliver client training and guidance on equipment use and basic troubleshooting, while conducting international travel to clients across Europe.
  5. Maintain excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.
  6. Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various client locations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in field service engineering with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance (50/50 preferred).
  • MCP certification or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally.

Salary and Benefits
