About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Concierge at Avery Healthcare.

Your Focus:

Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors while providing exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct all visitors, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness meet our high standards.
  • Handle resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Complete administrative duties as required, supporting the smooth operation of our care homes.

About You:

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable.
