Job Description
We're currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Insurance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless integration of new business initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a proven track record of business development and sales experience in the insurance industry.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- a strong understanding of the insurance market and regulatory environment.
- the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
- 25 days' annual leave (increasing through length of service)
