Job Title: HR Case Manager Specialist
Location: Field-based role, covering South West Region
Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Case Manager Specialist. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of cases, including thorough investigations and suspension where required.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on complex matters.
- Work to strict deadlines and timescales, requiring strong time management skills.
Requirements:
- CIPD level 5 or above qualification.
- Proven track record of dealing with complex HR cases.
- Good knowledge of current employment law and legislation.
- Ability to work remotely, autonomously, and use own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
