About the Role

Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team in Hampton, Peterborough. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to clients across various regions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with a strong ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. With extensive experience in handling customer inquiries and incident management, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

About You
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive customer service experience, preferably in a call-handling or booking capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to proactively address and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). GCSE-level education in Maths and English is required; IT certifications are advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Regularly update and manage incidents in the Incident Management System, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on incident status and progress.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd-line support or relevant teams as necessary.
  • Follow established Incident Management procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through frequent communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on current procedures and proactively develop skills through training and client interactions.
About the Opportunity

We offer an attractive salary package, including:

  • An estimated annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000, based on a 37-hour workweek and assuming a 25% increase after 3 months.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour, increasing to £17.46 after 3 months.
