Bournemouth University seeks a highly skilled Student Support and Engagement Coordinator to join its team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students with wellbeing issues and concerns, providing a link between faculties and Student Services.

Key responsibilities include addressing welfare issues, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, literacy, and IT skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.

This is a fixed-term part-time position (30 hours per week) available from 1st August to 30th April, with consideration given to secondment opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements and a diverse community.
