Supportive Learning Facilitator for Students with Special Needs

As a Supportive Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting students with unique learning needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and adapted lessons.
- Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and report feedback to the teaching staff.
- Support students during school activities, break times, and transitions.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies is essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
- The ability to adapt to the individual needs of students is crucial.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary range of £12.82 - £14.72 per hour.
