The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to students, addressing wellbeing issues and concerns, and working closely with faculty members and Student Services to identify and resolve student concerns. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to students, addressing wellbeing issues and concerns
  • Work closely with faculty members and Student Services to identify and resolve student concerns
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty, and staff
  • Contribute to the development of student support services and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Empathy and understanding of professional boundaries
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and IT skills
