Wellbeing Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Support Assistant for a highly regarded secondary school in Bournemouth.
You will play a crucial role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and those exhibiting challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate will provide a supportive environment where students can thrive, helping shape their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
- Work collaboratively with the school team to develop and implement strategies for student wellbeing
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and thrive
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting children's wellbeing
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Enthusiasm for working in an educational setting
