We are seeking an experienced Nursing Team Leader to manage and lead our team within the Faster Diagnostic service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rotas, resources, budgets, and staff, as well as undertaking appraisals and Personal Development Plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team with the Cancer Division and make a difference for our patients and positively impact the cancer pathway.

About the Role:

  • Manage and lead the Nursing Team
  • Develop and implement effective clinical and operational strategies
  • Work collaboratively with wider MDTs and clinical teams
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital trust in the south-east of England, providing a full range of general hospital services and some aspects of specialist and complex care to around 600,000 people living in West Kent and East Sussex.

We have a team of over 8,000 full and part-time staff and provide specialist cancer services to around 2 million people across Kent and East Sussex via the Kent Oncology Centre.
