Job Overview: We are currently looking for a School Facilities Coordinator to support our team with general maintenance and repairs in and around school facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the premises manager and team with general maintenance and repairs, preparing areas within the school for events, and covering for the premises manager when they are on holiday or unwell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Preparing areas for events
  • Covering for the premises manager

Requirements:
You must have experience working in building maintenance and hold an Enhanced DBS or be prepared to have one processed. A dedicated and professional approach is essential, along with excellent health and safety knowledge. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work 5 days a week.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
