Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of our learning and development strategy, which aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. As a Training and Development Specialist, you will work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. Your expertise in e-learning content creation will be invaluable in designing engaging online resources. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and sessions, ensuring that all employees have access to the training they need to succeed. The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a learning and development or training role. Experience in creating and delivering e-learning content is essential, as is strong administrative and organisational skills. You should also have experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes. A degree in a relevant field, such as education or human resources, would be beneficial.
