  • Lead and Inspire our delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion in the face of challenges and growth.
  • Drive Integration initiatives across justice, health, family, and social work sectors to enhance collaboration and health outcomes.
  • Champion Voices of those we serve, ensuring their perspectives are central to our advocacy efforts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HMPPS and NHS Justice-Health commissioners and providers, to ensure inclusive service design.
  • Support Growth plans, managing an expanding budget and ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Qualification in a related healthcare field, with up-to-date registration and professional standing.
  • Passion for Social Justice, commitment to reducing health inequalities, and experience with multi-agency collaboration.
  • Strong Leadership skills, with the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams and cultivate a supportive work culture.
  • Strategic Vision, with a track record of driving innovation and solutions in evolving landscapes.
