Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our branch and branch manager in the effective running of our services. You'll be responsible for supervising office staff, deputizing for the branch manager, and supporting the branch across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Rosters and care coordination: You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective rostering.
- Care in the community: You'll support our care teams in providing high-quality care services to our clients in their own homes.
- Compliance and audit: You'll ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Payroll and administration: You'll manage payroll, HR, and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our services.
- Complaints and reports: You'll handle complaints and reports in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
We're looking for an efficient, organized, and experienced care professional who is passionate about providing exceptional community care. You'll thrive in a fast-paced health and social care environment and be able to manage a team effectively.
