Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our branch and branch manager in the effective running of our services. You'll be responsible for supervising office staff, deputizing for the branch manager, and supporting the branch across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the branch manager in the effective running of services
- Supervise office staff and deputize for the branch manager in their absence
- Support the branch across all functions, including rosters and care coordination, care in the community, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints, and reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an efficient, organized, and experienced care professional who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You'll thrive in a health and social care environment and be able to manage a team effectively.
