We are looking for a skilled Financial Management Assistant to join our team at Trial Balance in a permanent, full-time role. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial health of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, and producing regular management accounts with commentary.

You will work closely with our finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the SME's financial health, including controlling aged debtors, overseeing multiple bank accounts and income streams, and acting as first point of contact for major supplier and customer queries.

AAT qualification or equivalent is preferred, with a strong IT aptitude and skills in MS Excel and Sage. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the SME's financial health.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Produce regular management accounts.
  • Control aged debtors.
  • Manage VAT and stock control.
  • Oversee multiple bank accounts and income streams.
  • Act as first point of contact for major supplier and customer queries.
