Job Description

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving standards across our retail locations.

You'll be responsible for demonstrating products and betting terminals to customers, handling complaints and concerns with empathy, and maintaining high shop standards.

As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll also open or close the shop as needed, ensuring seamless operations.

Working Arrangements

Our shops are open Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on location.

Your typical weekly rota will include a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts.

We provide your rota at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your schedule.
