Laborer - Buckingham AHQ

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at the Buckingham Area Headquarters. As a Laborer, you will perform manual labor and other maintenance tasks as needed for project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Perform flagging operations
- Assist in setting up work zones
- Perform heavy manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Operate light and medium equipment
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor
- Skill in the operation, maintenance of light and medium equipment used for highway maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of highway maintenance equipment, materials, methods, and procedures
- Skill in the operation, maintenance of hand-held and power tools
- Ability to read, follow oral and written instructions
- Experience in equipment operation and performing preventive maintenance
- A combination of training, experience, or education in Maintenance, Construction or related field
- Experience with emergency operations to include snow removal, storms, and accident clean-up
- Experience performing roadway maintenance or construction activities
Ability to work in diverse conditions including exposure to weather outdoors in all seasons. Ability to perform heavy manual labor to include standing, bending, and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
References, work history, and DMV records will be verified. Fingerprint-based criminal history records check required.
