About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Calverley Hill Service. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing support and personal development opportunities to young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide comprehensive housing support and personal development opportunities to young people.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the service complies with organisational and commissioned contract requirements.
  • Work closely with young people to assess their needs and develop individualised plans to support their recovery and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the service is responsive to the needs of young people and the wider community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the service and make recommendations for improvement.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with young people and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality services. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.

You will be a confident and capable communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and external stakeholders. You will also have a good understanding of the needs of young people experiencing homelessness and the importance of providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
