Job Summary:

We are seeking an Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team in Dorking. As an Insurance Policy Administrator, you will be responsible for learning the processes involved and systems used in policies, as well as administration of quotations, policies, and queries.

The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and use established systems – good PC skills. You will work efficiently to process your daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits, working to operational deadlines.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage industry knowledge to administer policies, including quotations, policies, and queries.
  2. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to efficiently process daily workloads within target parameters.
  3. Cultivate excellent customer service skills through telephone, email, and live chat interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a good level of education and relevant work experience.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in using established systems and possess good PC skills.
  3. Show attention to detail and accuracy when recording information.
